Classic Bass Anglers was form in 1995. Since it's
inception we have grown from 6 anglers to
approximately 25 anglers.
Our goal still remains the same no matter the size
of the club. That is to have fun and learn more in the
sport of Bass fishing and keep up with important
issues such as the environmental quality of land and
water.
We also stress the importance of Tournament Ethics
when involved in Tournaments. Such things as
respecting the rights of home owners (docks), other
anglers fishing areas, and the most important
one, the handling of the fish to insure a good
survival rate.
We usually hold 7 tournaments a year with a
drop one format. This keeps everyone in contention and
it seems to be working out well . Most of our
tournaments are in state with one or two out of state.
Monthly meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of
each month. In the meetings we discuss winning
strategies from the people who won the previous
tournaments. Important Federation news and
events and anything pertaining to environmental issues
and policies. Our Annual Club dues are $50.00 /yr.
Half of this money is to help offset the cost of
sending our 8 man team to the annual State Fishoffs.
Our club President, Treasurer and Federation
Director is Rick Tibbetts..508-754-6009 or email
